Privacy Policy

This policy covers the personal travel assistant running at agent.louispslists.com ("the service"), reachable as a Telegram bot. The service is operated by a private individual for their own personal use. It is not a commercial product and has no users other than its operator.

Who can use the service

The service accepts messages from a single pre-authorised Telegram account belonging to the operator. Messages from any other account are ignored and not processed.

What data is processed

• The content of Telegram messages sent to the service, including text and voice notes.
• The sender's Telegram user ID, used solely to confirm the sender is authorised.
• Location coordinates, only when the operator chooses to send a location pin.
• Travel-related details contained in those messages, such as places, dates and routes.

How it is used

Message content is used only to understand a request and reply to it. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or training machine learning models, and it is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

To answer a request, message content may be sent to the following providers, each under its own privacy policy:

• OpenAI — generating replies.
• Groq — transcribing voice notes to text.
• Duffel — flight search and price tracking.
• Google Maps Platform — places, routes and travel times.
• Telegram — delivering messages.

Storage and retention

Recent conversation history and any saved flight watches are stored on a private server rented by the operator, located in Germany, and are accessible only to the operator. Nightly backups are kept on the same server for 14 days and then deleted automatically; these backup archives are not separately encrypted. Sending /reset to the service clears stored conversation history immediately.

Security

All traffic to the service is encrypted with HTTPS. The server permits key-based administrative access only, and application credentials are stored in permission restricted files that are not publicly accessible.

Your rights

As the service processes data for one individual — its operator — any request to access, correct, export or delete stored data can be actioned directly by that individual at any time.
